In John 14 Jesus is comforting His disciples before He goes to the cross to die. He assures His disciples that He is going to prepare a place for them. This is an incredible promise that Jesus gives to them and us. When we place our faith in Christ, He wants to assure us that this is not our home. He is preparing a much better place for us.
